🌍 After one year of work, InOff Plastic is very proud to announce the future publication of the first version of the Reuse Barometer! This publication has been led by InOff Plastic in collaboration with Planet Reuse - Platform & Network for Reusable Packaging , New ERA - New European Reuse Alliance , and Zero Waste Europe.
The Reuse Barometer accelerates the development, scaling and widespread adoption of reusable packaging solutions throughout Europe. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the reusable packaging landscape across Europe, focusing on the economic, environmental, and social impacts. This publication will offer insights into the challenges and opportunities of reusable packaging, particularly within the takeaway, retail, and e-commerce sectors.

This new format, part of P&G's commitment to sustainability, features a six-layer design that dissolves on contact with water, housed in 100% recyclable paperboard. As Tide evo rolls out, starting in Colorado, it offers consumers a convenient, eco-friendly alternative to classic detergents, promising a "Tide clean" with minimal environmental impact.
A new European directive, detailed in a TF1 article, will soon prohibit misleading environmental claims like "good for the planet" or "100% natural" on product packaging unless they are scientifically verifiable. Aimed at combating "greenwashing," this regulation mandates that any ecological claims must be backed by accessible, clear evidence through websites or QR codes, ensuring transparency and genuine environmental accountability.
The new Break Free From Plastic report highlights Asia's top plastic sachet polluters, including major corporations like Unilever, Nestlé, and Procter & Gamble. Based on extensive brand audits in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, the report exposes the environmental havoc wrought by single-use plastic sachets. It calls for immediate action to phase out these pollutants and adopt sustainable packaging solutions.
